Refunds & Returns Policy

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you to confirm your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds can only be issued once the item has been returned to us.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • Returned in the original packaging where possible

  • Free from damage caused after delivery

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene or safety reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return unless faulty:

  • Opened consumable products (e.g. herbs, oils, incense)

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
